Experienced CNA (Per Diem) – Spokane Home

At Ashley House NW, our Spokane pediatric group home exists for one clear purpose: to provide comprehensive, high-quality care to medically fragile children and teens in a home-like setting—while supporting families, building trust, and nurturing each individual’s development.

We are seeking an Experienced Per Diem Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who brings attentiveness, reliability, and a calm, supportive presence to pediatric care. The CNA role at Ashley House is grounded in professionalism, integrity, teamwork, compassion, and holistic care. Our residents are whole human beings—not diagnoses—and CNAs play a vital role in supporting daily care, comfort, and dignity in ways that matter deeply to both the children we serve and their families.

Nurses with availability for NOC and weekend shifts are most likely to be offered additional opportunities when needs increase.

Starting pay ranges from $25.89 to $38.47 per hour, in accordance with the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) and wage scale, based on prior CNA & NAR experience and location.
