Clinical Coordination Manager - Woodinville

The Clinical Coordination Manager is a key member of the Clinical Leadership Team, responsible for overseeing care coordination, clinical quality, and continuity of care at our Woodinville pediatric home. This role ensures that medically fragile children receive safe, physician-directed, and holistic care in a structured, team-based environment.

This position reports directly to the Administrative Manager and works in close partnership to ensure operational and clinical alignment

Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate individualized plans of care in alignment with physician orders

  • Ensure quality, safety, and continuity of care across all shifts

  • Provide regular clinical updates to staff and leadership

  • Coordinate and schedule client appointments

  • Serve as liaison between physicians, therapists, vendors, families, and Ashley House team members

  • Conduct regular chart audits to ensure accurate documentation of medications and treatment orders

  • Train and support staff in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems

  • Assist in interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and mentoring clinical staff

  • Provide 1:1 training and clinical competency oversight

  • Address staff performance concerns and implement corrective action in partnership with leadership

  • Participate in rotating clinical on-call coverage (every other week)

  • Ensure house safety, clinical compliance, and cleanliness standards are upheld

This role requires strong clinical judgment, sound documentation practices, and the ability to lead with both authority and compassion.

Compensation

$109,116 – $158,620 annually, depending on experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Washington State RN license (BSN preferred)

  • 21 years of age or older

  • Current Healthcare Provider (BLS) CPR certification

  • Valid Washington State Driver’s License with insurable driving record

  • Ability to pass Washington State Patrol and FBI fingerprint background checks

  • Proof of required immunizations (Tdap, COVID, Flu) and annual TB screening

  • Valid Washington State Food Handler’s Permit

Location

This position is based at our Woodinville pediatric home. Work may extend to other Puget Sound locations as needed. Administrative functions may be completed at our Federal Way headquarters.
