At Ashley House Northwest, we don’t simply care for children, we care for the most inspiring kids around

Miracles are created at Ashley House daily. Compassionate staff provide the best care for very deserving and inspiring kids, teens and young adults at our six pediatric group homes, our pediatric SNF, and our young adult home. Many of the things that make Ashley House NW special are only possible thanks to contributions from foundations, businesses, and individuals like you.

Each year Ashley House NW provides over $250,000 of uncompensated care.  Your contributions help cover the costs for those who otherwise could not afford care for their child. They also help meet the special needs of all our children and young adults.

As a non-profit, Ashley House needs your help to pay for the vital services we provide for children and youth, and their families.  Together we can . . .

• Cover the costs of care for children and youth who do not have adequate medical insurance.

• Provide support including social work intervention, and life enrichment activities (such as day trips, and play items).

• Support a break for parents caring for their medically fragile children at home (respite). 

• Provide for new locations that enable us to care for more kids throughout the region.

With help from individuals like you, Ashley House Northwest has:

• Provided compassionate care for children and youth for over 30 years.

• Been the first and largest provider of care exclusively to medically fragile children in the northwest

• Created our young adult program for youth aging out of the pediatric care system, to ensure they continue to receive age-appropriate care

• Partnered with Seattle Children’s Hospital to create “Bridges to Home”, an innovative new program that supports children and their families as they transition from the hospital to home

• Provided care to over 800 children and their caregivers.
