We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/NAC) who is available for day shifts (5:45 PM – 6:00 AM) able to work every Wednesday & Sunday.
Our CNAs are essential members of the clinical team. You will provide direct, hands-on care while ensuring safety, dignity, and continuity of care throughout overnight and weekend shifts. At Ashley House, our clients are whole human beings—not diagnoses—and the quality of your presence matters as much as your skill.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct care to medically fragile pediatric residents
Maintain accurate, timely documentation
Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe, consistent care
Required Qualifications
Active Washington State Nursing Assistant–Certified (NAC) credential
21 years of age or older
Current BLS CPR certification
Valid Washington State Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
Compliance with required immunizations and annual TB screening
Ability to pass Washington State and FBI fingerprint background checks
Preferred
Experience working with medically fragile or complex pediatric populations
Current Nurse Delegation certification
Weekend availability
Schedule Expectations
Day shifts (5:45 PM – 6:00 AM) Every Wednesday & Sunday
Compensation & Benefits
Starting pay ranges from $25.89 to $38.47 per hour, in accordance with the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) and wage scale, based on prior CNA & NAR experience and location.
Depending on employment status (Full-Time, Part-Time, or Per Diem), benefits may include:
