Nurse LPN/RN (Woodinville)

Ashley House is currently seeking nurses for openings in our Country Home location in Woodinville. The specific shift available is Saturday Day Shift (0700-1530)

Minimum Requirements Include:

·        21 years of age or older

·    A High School Diploma or equivalent

·         A current Washington State driver’s license or valid driver’s license as an active duty armed forces personnel (or as the dependent of an active duty armed forces personnel);

·         The ability to be insured to drive agency vehicles

·         The ability to pass and maintain an approved criminal background clearance with the State of Washington and the FBI fingerprint-based background;

·         Willingness to obtain and maintain required vaccinations, including COVID-19, Flu, TB, and TDAP

Pay: $38.45 - $68.26 per hour dependent upon experience and license.

Base Pay for LPN: $38.45 – $56.11 per hour and RN: $44.46 – 68.26 per hour

Expected hours: 8.5 per week
