Registered Nurse (Part Time) – Shoreline (NOC Shifts)

Bridges to Home, developed in partnership with Seattle Children’s Hospital, is Ashley House NW’s newly opened 12-bed pediatric skilled nursing facility in Shoreline, Washington. This program is the first and only pediatric skilled nursing facility of its kind in Washington State, providing an alternative to prolonged hospital stays for medically complex children.

Ashley House NW is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Bridges to Home team. We are looking for nurses available to work two 12-hour NOC shifts (5:45 PM – 6:00 AM).

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Active LPN or RN license in Washington State or Compact License

  • 21 years of age or older

  • Current BLS CPR certification

  • Valid Washington State Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record

  • Compliance with required immunizations and annual TB screening

  • Ability to pass Washington State and FBI fingerprint background checks

Training & Onboarding

  • Availability to complete at least two training shifts per week

Starting pay ranges from $49.01 to $75.26 per hour, in accordance with the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) and wage scale, based on prior nursing experience and location.

LPN Applicants Considered

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) with relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Certain shifts or assignments may require RN licensure based on patient acuity and regulatory requirements. Compensation range (based on experience for LPNs): $42.39 – $63.00 per hour
