Pediatric Medically Complex Group Home

Founded in 1997, Children’s Country Home is a loving eight-bed, non-profit home that provides 24-hour skilled nursing care to medically fragile and technology-dependent children. Children’s Country Home operated for 26 years as a cornerstone for the medically fragile community. In July 2024, Children’s Country Home merged with Ashley House to continue carrying out our mission and values with medically fragile children. The name changed to Ashley House - Country Home to continue the legacy of Children’s Country Home as we join together.
