Social Worker - Auburn & Woodinville

Social Worker (Auburn & Woodinville)

Ashley House has a unique opportunity for an experienced Social Worker with strong problem-solving skills to join our team supporting medically fragile children in our pediatric group homes. The Social Worker is an integral part of Ashley House’s interdisciplinary team, providing case management services while working closely with clients and their families, state agencies, physicians, hospitals, schools, nursing staff, and other members of the care team.

This position supports both our Auburn and Woodinville homes, and the Social Worker will regularly divide their time between the two locations based on the needs of the children, families, and care teams. Administrative and office work may be completed from the dedicated office at our Woodinville home or from Ashley House’s administrative office in Federal Way. While there is flexibility in where office-based work is completed, regular in-person presence at both the Auburn and Woodinville locations is an essential part of the position.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team where social work, nursing, medical providers, and direct-care staff work closely together to support each child and family. We value teamwork, communication, creativity, and people who enjoy solving problems together. Ashley House is a growing organization, offering opportunities to contribute to new programs and services for the medically fragile community.
