Certified Nursing Assistant (Bridges to Home) - Shoreline
Bridges to Home, developed in partnership with Seattle Children’s Hospital, is Ashley House NW’s 12-bed pediatric skilled nursing facility in Shoreline, Washington. The program provides short-term, high-quality care for medically complex children and teens transitioning from hospital to home, offering an alternative to prolonged hospital stays.
In this role, you’ll work under the supervision of a licensed nurse to support individualized plans of care, including behavioral support plans, while providing essential daily personal and hygiene care. You’ll also assist with transportation to appointments and outings, prepare meals, participate in housekeeping tasks, complete required charting, and carry out clinical and technical duties within the scope of the Nursing Assistant Certification and established policies and procedures.

Must-Have Qualifications
Active Nursing Assistant–Certified (NAC) credential in Washington State
21 years of age or older
Current BLS CPR certification
Valid Washington State Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
Compliance with required immunizations and annual TB screening
Ability to pass Washington State and FBI fingerprint background checks
Training & Onboarding
Availability to complete at least two training shifts per week (typically weekdays)
Starting pay ranges from $29.77 to $44.24 per hour, in accordance with the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) and wage scale, based on prior CNA & NAR experience and location.
