What to Expect
As a Housekeeper (Environmental Aid) at Ashley House, you will be a crucial member of our team, ensuring our Pediatric Transitional Care Facility is spotless, sanitary, and inviting. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
General cleaning/sanitation, laundry, inventory, safety, and maintaining the exterior of the property, driving/transportation for patients, and positive relationships.
Expected hours: 40 hours per week, consisting of 8-hour shifts. This schedule includes mandatory weekend shifts every Saturday and Sunday, as well as three additional weekdays. Flexibility is required to work evening hours based on the needs of the facility.
Requirements:
Must maintain regular, timely attendance; 40 hours per week; week days and weekends, typically 8 hour shifts. Flexibility to work evening hours based on the facility’s needs is expected.
Proof of valid immunizations (Tdap, COVID, Flu) and TB test results.
Ability to pass a background and reference check, including an FBI fingerprint check and Washington State Patrol check.
An active driver license and the ability to be insured to drive agency vehicles.
This full-time Housekeeper position comes market competitive compensation, including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Dis., HRA., Matching 403b7, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, and Extended Illness Leave. Hourly wage $25.63/hr to 38.09/hr based on prior experience and education. Weekend and night shift differentials apply in addition to the base pay as contracted by the CBA.
