What to Expect

As a Housekeeper (Environmental Aid) at Ashley House, you will be a crucial member of our team, ensuring our Pediatric Transitional Care Facility is spotless, sanitary, and inviting. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

General cleaning/sanitation, laundry, inventory, safety, and maintaining the exterior of the property, driving/transportation for patients, and positive relationships.

Expected hours: 40 per week from 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. Flexibility to work additional hours or weekends as needed is also expected to meet the facility’s needs.

Requirements:

  • Must maintain regular, timely attendance; this includes adhering to schedule work hours, typically from 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. Flexibility to work additional hours or weekends as needed is also expected to meet the facility’s needs.

  • Proof of valid immunizations (Tdap, COVID, Flu) and TB test results.

  • Ability to pass a background and reference check, including an FBI fingerprint check and Washington State Patrol check.

  • An active driver license and the ability to be insured to drive agency vehicles.

This full-time Housekeeper position comes market competitive compensation, including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Dis., HRA., Matching 403b7, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, and Extended Illness Leave. Hourly wage $25.63/hr to 38.09/hr based on prior experience and education.
