Clinical Coordination Manager (RN- Woodinville)

The Clinical Coordination Manager functions as an integral member of the Clinical Leadership Team, centrally focused on client care coordination and ensuring quality and continuity of care at the Woodinville House. 

This position reports to, and works collaboratively with, the Administrative Manager. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Coordinating client care needs and individualized plans of treatment to ensure quality of care and adherence to physicians’ orders; Providing weekly client-care updates to staff; Scheduling client appointments; Facilitating multi-discipline participation in the plan of care by serving as liaison between physicians, therapists, vendors, families, and Ashley House employees – including administrative employees; Assisting in interviewing and hiring of staff; Assisting the in the orientation process and providing 1:1 training to orientees; Providing ongoing staff training in Electronic Medical Records system (EMR);  Performing regular chart reviews to ensure proper documentation of medication and treatment orders; Apprising the Administrative Manager of staff issues requiring corrective intervention and/or disciplinary action; Administers corrective interventions and/or disciplinary action; Participating in clinical-call on coverage every other week; and, Ensuring house safety and cleanliness.

ESSENTIAL ONGOING REQUIREMENTS:

  • A RN with a current Washington State licensure (RN with a BSN preferred);

  • 21 years of age or older

  • Ability to pass a background and reference check, including an FBI fingerprint check and Washington State Patrol check.

  • A current Washington State driver’s license or valid driver’s license as an active-duty armed forces personnel or dependent of an active-duty armed forces personnel and the ability to be insured to drive agency vehicles;

  • Proof of an acceptable driving record through the provision of a driving abstract on annual basis or as requested;

  • Proof of valid immunizations (Tdap, COVID, Flu) and TB test results;

  • Proof of a valid Healthcare Provider (BLS) CPR certification;

  • Proof of a valid Washington State Food Handler’s Permit from the Health Department;

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

This full time position compensation ranges from $109,116.80- $158,620.80 dependent upon prior professional experience.. It comes with a full compensation package including Med., Dent., Vis., Life, Dis., HRA., Matching 403b7, Paid Time Off, and Paid Holidays.

LOCATION:

This position is based at our Woodinville Pediatric Home, but work is carried out in locations throughout the Puget Sound. Administrative work may be completed at our Headquarters office in Federal Way.
