Administrative Manager (RN) - Woodinville

The Administrative Manager functions as an integral member of Clinical Leadership Team, centrally focused on supervising, leading, and supporting the clinical staff, Clinical Coordination Manager, and Office Administrator to ensure program operations and high-quality continuity of care at Woodinville House.

This position reports to the Associate Executive Director of Clinical Services. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide leadership and supervision to clinical staff, including ongoing feedback, performance evaluations, competency monitoring, policy compliance, and progressive discipline

  • Interview, select, and hire clinical staff

  • Ensure staff are properly oriented and prepared to perform the duties of their assigned clinical positions

  • Maintain facility and staff compliance with all applicable state regulations and licensing requirements

  • Oversee staff scheduling and payroll processes

  • Order household and clinical supplies

  • Ensure adherence to applicable COVID-19 guidelines

  • Assist with staff education, training, and orientation

  • Participate in the rotating clinical on-call schedule

  • Provide or assist with direct client care as needed

  • Participate as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team to support a holistic approach to client care

  • Promote and support ongoing staff development

  • Assist with client admissions and discharges

  • Learn each client’s individualized care needs before admission and educate staff accordingly

  • Provide education and support to parents and family members

  • Collaborate with all departments and disciplines to ensure program, staff, and client needs are met

This role requires strong clinical judgment, sound documentation practices, and the ability to lead with both authority and compassion.

Compensation

.$125,240 – $179,840 annually, depending on experience

Required Qualifications

  • Active Washington State RN license (BSN preferred)

  • 21 years of age or older

  • Current Healthcare Provider (BLS) CPR certification

  • Valid Washington State Driver’s License with insurable driving record

  • Ability to pass Washington State Patrol and FBI fingerprint background checks

  • Proof of required immunizations (Tdap, COVID, Flu) and annual TB screening

  • Valid Washington State Food Handler’s Permit

Location

This position is based at our Woodinville pediatric home. Work may extend to other Puget Sound locations as needed. Administrative functions may be completed at our Federal Way headquarters.
